IGPN WOMEN DATABASE

12.01.2010
IGPN continues its work on political participation of women. We prepared database of women in three pilot countries - Georgia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. (You can find the database on our website). All data are in English and in national language because the use of the database is planed on national and international level.
The main aim of the database is to show that there are many women in IGPN region able and willing to become part of politics and decision making. But the database can be used also to identify women-experts in different fields.
And we are planning to actualize the database and prepare it in all IGPN countries.
We also started to work with political parties in our three pilot countries and we are preparing second training for all our members on political participation of women.
